Convert your pressed pigments and eyeshadows into liquid color or eyeliners with a few drops of Eyeliner Sealer. Thicker than water to give more control and lasting wear to mattes, satins, iridescents and metallics. Eyeliner Sealer can be used alone on cleansed lid as a colorless primer.
